摘要 提出风电多场景的鲁棒备用调度模式和鲁棒经济调度模式,并建立一种综合体现两种调度模式的鲁棒调度方法,旨在降低风电出力不确定性对电力系统安全经济运行的影响。该方法描述了常规机组的鲁棒运行轨迹以适应所有的风电场景,并保证系统在不同场景下运行的安全性,同时引入最小最大化的鲁棒优化思想,建立常规水、火机组出力与备用协调的两阶段优化模型。针对多场景模型的复杂性,采用极端场景法对模型的约束条件进行合理削减,并基于Benders分解思想构建算法的整体框架和流程。最后基于改进的IEEE 24节点系统分析了所建模型的鲁棒性、经济性和安全性,验证了所提出方法的正确性与有效性。 To reduce the impact of uncertainty of wind power output on security and economic operation of power grid, a robust spinning reserve dispatch mode and a robust economic dispatch mode for multi wind power scenarios are proposed, and a robust dispatch method, which synthetically incarnate the two dispatch modes is established. This method describes robust operational trajectory of conventional generating units to suit to all wind power generation scenarios and ensure the security of power grid operated under different scenarios, meanwhile leading in the thinking of minimax robust optimization a two-stage optimization model to coordinate output of conventional thermal and hydropower generation units with their spinning reserves. Considering the complexity of multi scenario model, the extreme scenario method is adopted to reasonably cut down the number of constraints of the model and based on Benders decomposition the overall framework and the flowchart of the proposed method are constructed. Finally, using the modified IEEE 24-bus system the robustness, security and economy of the built model are analyzed, thus the correctness and validity of the proposed method are verified.
