林下经济发展现状及问题研究——基于70个样本县的实地调研

Current Situation and Problems of Economic Development——Based on Field Survey 70 Sample Counties

林下经济是地区的绿色经济、农业的特色经济、农民的立体经济形态。通过对70个样本县的实地调研,结果表明,样本地区林下经济发展有传统、有基础,但是政策推动和能人带动的作用比较明显;林下经济发展较快,对农户就业增收的促进作用比较明显;因林下经济总体发展刚刚起步,各地发展还存在水平低、规模小、不规范等问题,同时,农户急需资金和技术帮扶,以加快林下经济发展。

Forests economy is regional green economy, agriculture economy, farmers＇ three-dimensional economic form. Monitoring results of 70 sample counties show that the undergrowth sample region economic development tradition and foundation, but policies to promote and people to drive are more obvious. Forests by the rapid devel- opment of economy, the farmers＇ income are the obvious role in promoting employment; Because of forests econo- my overall development, around the low level of development still exist problems such as non-standard, small size, and at the same time, farmers are in urgent need of funds and technical support, to speed up the economic develop- ment of forests.
