Forestry Industry Development Can Make People to Get Rich?——Report on the Livelihood of the People in Chongqing Nature Forest Protection Project

持续改善民生,是天保工程区社会和谐稳定、天然林资源有效保护和生态文明建设稳步推进的重要保障。在深入调研的基础上,总结了重庆市天保工程区特色林业产业发展现状,分析了民生林业发展的制约因素,从资金投入、专业合作社发展、人才培养和基础设施建设等方面提出了政策建议。

To improve the people＇s livelihood institutionally is the important guarantee for maintaining social har- mony and stability, protecting natural forest effectively and promoting ecological civilization construction steadily. On the basis of in-depth investigation, we know about the development status of the characteristic forestry indus- try in Chongqing＇ s Natural Forest Protection Program areas, analyses the restrictive factors on the people＇s liveli- hood forestry. Finally, we put forward some policy recommendations about capital investment, construction of pro- fessional forestry cooperatives, talents cultivation and infrastructure construction.
