摘要
通过问卷访谈调查了吉林省两个森工企业职工家庭的生计情况和目前的主要困难。在林业局和林场两个层面随机抽取的82户职工的问卷结果,了解到林业职工家庭基本收不抵支,工资性收入是主要收入来源;职工对收入和社保的满意度不高;收入、住房和就医成为职工排序前三位的困难。同时,森工企业社会职能剥离不完全,社会负担重,尚未形成较强的替代产业来快速增加职工收入。最后提出相应的政策建议。
Via questionnaires, livelihood of staffs' household in state-owned forestry enterprises of Jilin Province was investigated. There were 82 families were randomly selected from forestry bureaus and their forest farms. From the results, it showed households' income could not afford the expenditure, and salary was the major income of staff' s family. Interviewees were not satisfied with their income and social insurance of their family members. In- come, house and medical service were the first top three difficulties. And social services of forestry enterprises were not completely transferred to local government. There was not a strong substitute industry developed yet to increase forestry staff' s income fast. Policy recommendations were proposed at last.
