摘要
六氟化硫(SF6)作为一种理想的绝缘和灭弧气体广泛应用于气体绝缘电力设备。以往的研究和运行经验表明SF6气体分解物与电力设备的绝缘状态有密切的关联。因此,分析SF6气体分解物是监测气体绝缘电力设备绝缘状态的有效手段之一。本文用针-板电极模型模拟SF6气体中的工频交流电晕放电,以色谱-质谱法作为检测手段,研究不同影响因素下工频交流电晕放电中SF6气体分解组分的形成规律,如持续施加电压、放电时间、气体压力、电极间距等,分析影响因素对SF6气体分解物形成的作用规律。
As an excellent insulating medium, sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) is widely used in gas-insulated apparatus. Previous studies and actual operation experiences have shown that the insulation condition of gas-insulated apparatus can be assessed via decomposition by-products of SF6. Therefore, the analysis on gaseous by-products is one of the most effective ways in monitoring the insulation condition of gas-insulated apparatus. In this paper, by virtue of the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer system, the qualitative as well as quantitative results of SF6 decomposition by-products are presented in 50Hz AC point-plane corona discharge. Meanwhile, the influence factors on the formation of decomposition by-products are discussed, such as applied voltage, duration of discharge, gas pressure and distance between point and plane as so on.
