摘要 提出了一种新型单桥臂电感模块化多电平拓扑,相比于常规的模块化多电平变流器(MMC)拓扑结构,每相节省了一个桥臂电感。针对这种不对称的拓扑结构,提出了一种控制方法:以省去下桥臂电感的变流器为例,在下桥臂级联模块的给定电压中加入与上桥臂电感电压对称的虚拟桥臂电感电压,实现变流器上、下桥臂对称运行。并结合MMC环流抑制算法给出了完整的变流器控制框图。最后,通过实验证明了本文所提出算法的有效性。 A new modular multilevel converter (MMC) with single arm inductor is proposed, and compared to the conventional MMC topology one arm inductor is saved per each phase. To this asymmetric converter, a control method is proposed. Taking the MMC without lower arm inductors for example, a virtual arm inductor voltage is added to the reference voltage of cascaded modules in lower arm to make the converter symmetrically operating. And combined to circulating current restraint algorithm, a complete control block diagram is presented. At last experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategies.
