摘要 一种基于五电平有源中点钳位型(ANPC)双PWM变换器的异步电机矢量控制系统,其整流侧和逆变侧变换器分别采用五电平ANPC拓扑背靠背连接,可实现网侧单位功率因数输入和异步电机的四象限运行。整流侧采用电网电压定向矢量控制实现有功功率和无功功率的解耦控制。逆变侧采用转子磁场定向矢量控制实现异步电机的高性能变频调速。设计并制作了一台380V/10 kW的样机,实验结果表明该样机运行稳定,控制算法正确可靠。 A vector control system for induction motors based on five-level active neutral-point clamped (ANPC) dual-PWM converter is presented in this paper. The rectifier and inverter are two five-level ANPC converter connected back-to-back, which can allow unit power factor of input current and four-quadrant operation of induction motors. Grid voltage oriented vector control is used to control the rectifier and decouple the active power and reactive power. Rotor flux oriented vector control is used in the inverter to adjust the speed of induction motors precisely. A 380V/10kW prototype is build and experimental results indicate that the prototype operates stably and the control system is correct and reliable.
