国际科技合作模式的研究——文献综述与来自浙江的实践

Survey on International Scientific and Technological Cooperation

通过梳理国内关于国际科技合作的文献综述,从政府、高校、企业三个层面,了解把握国际科技合作的主要方式与内在规律,并重点分析浙江国际科技合作的主要实践,剖析当前面临的形势与挑战,从而为政府制定国际科技合作战略提供政策建议。

By surveying a domestic literature of international scientific and technological cooperation, the paper analyses the main method and rules of cooperation of government, university, academy and enterprise. Besides, based on the analysis of the current situation of Zhejiang province, the paper points out the main problems existed. Finally, some proposes are put forward for government for making a plan of strategy of international scientific and technological cooperation.
