摘要将促进科技服务业集聚的因素分为市场机制和政策机制,集聚在于获得产业集群所提供的集聚租和政策租。基于广东科技服务业重点园区内企业问卷调查基础上进行实证研究,结果支持了相关的假设,证明科技服务业的集聚是市场效应和政策效应的结合。 The paper promotes the factors affected the industry agglomeration of science and technology service into market mechanism and policy mechanism, and the corresponding benefits are agglomeration rents and policy rents. An empirical study based on questionnaire according to enterprises in some key parks of science and technology service industry in Guangdong shows that science and technology service industry agglomeration is the combined effect of market and policy effect, which supports the hypotheses promoted in this paper.
