摘要
以矿产资源产业及相关产业为具体研究对象,以循环经济和矿产资源产业循环经济理论为基础,以技术路线图分析方法为途径,在全面评判我国矿产资源产业及相关产业发展现状和主要问题的基础上,构建矿产资源生态化开发技术体系总体框架,规划研究开源化、减量化、再利用、再循环和再恢复技术路线图,并对技术体系的实现提出具体的方式和路径。
Resources and environmental problems are the main " bottleneck" restricting China~ sustainable economic and social development, then planning and constructing the technology system of the minerals ecological exploitation is the fundamental way to solve the problem. In this paper, regarding the mineral resources and related industries as the specific research objects, based on the circular economy and the mineral resources circular economy theory, via the technology roadmap analysis method, the overall framework of the technology system of minerals ecological exploitation is constructed on the basis of the comprehensive judgment of the current situation and main problems of the mineral resources and related industries. In addition, the article studies the roadmap of the reclaiming, reducing, reusing, recycling and repairing technology. Meanwhile it puts forward the specific ways and paths to achieve the technology system to ensure the technology needs of the minerals ecological exploitation.
