摘要从"知识—技术—组织"三维融合的角度考察双元性创新的技术活动过程及其运行机制。通过对双元性创新内在属性分析揭示其本质特征,探析知识、技术和组织融合的趋势、内在机理和动态过程,从双元性创新的组织基础、运行过程和平衡机理研究三维融合效应下双元性创新的运行机制,为探索企业创新路径及其运行提供一个新的视角。 The paper aims to study the ambidexterity technical activity process and its operational mechanism based on three - dimensional integration of knowledge - technology - organization. Analysis of the intrinsic properties of ambidexterity reveals its essential feature. The paper explores the integration trend of knowledge, technology and organization, the internal mechanism and the dynamic evolution process. On the basis, the paper studies the ambidexterity operational mechanism under the integration effects, and provides a new way perspective for exploring the enterprises＇ innovation path and its operation mechanism.
