摘要
介绍我国大学技术转移的主要模式和途径,并深入分析技术转移率不高的原因,最后分别从孵化平台建设、制度创新、资金支持、人才培养和知识产权全过程管理等八个方面提出了促进我国大学技术转移的策略建议。
The paper firstly introduces the main models and pathways as well as current situation of university technology transfer in China. It then analyzes the reasons and issues which result in low efficiency of technology transfer from universities to industries. Finally, some strategies and suggestions are put forward in order to promote university technology transfer, such as incubators establishing, institutional innovation, financial support, personnel training and intellectual property management in the whole process.
