摘要
结合中国科学技术信息研究获得国家自然科学基金和国家社会科学基金资助项目分析,认为国家科学基金项目促进了学科研究水平,培养了一批科研骨干和学术带头人。并对提高承担重大基金项目能力、强化过程及结题后跟踪管理提出建议。
The paper introduces sponsored projects of NSFC and NSSF of Institute of Scientific and Technological Information of China. It has a statistics analysis on the effect of subject construction. It states that the the NSFC and NSSF rained a batch of scientific research backbone and academic lead. The paper also puts forward some suggestion in improving the competency of NSFC and NSSF, strengthening process management and tracking management.
