摘要
通过对绿色管理的背景、历史、内涵、理论框架、实证研究等方面进行分析总结,提出绿色管理在我国未来的研究方向,也为企业实务操作提供了理论基础。
As the environmentalism awareness increases, green management study has become the hot research topic of management as well as the needs of firms practice. The article proposes the research direction of green management in the future of China through the review and summary of west green management background, history, definition, theoretic frame- work, perspective, and lays the theory groundwork of corporate practice as well.
