儿童肺炎的中医药学监护模式探讨

Exploration of Pharmaceutical Care Mode of TCM for Pediatrics Pneumonia

目的:探讨儿童肺炎中医药学监护模式。方法:通过分析1例肺炎患儿的中医治疗方案和药学监护方案,介绍中医药学监护主要内容,对儿童肺炎的药学监护模式提出建议。结果与结论:对肺炎患儿实施中医药学监护非常必要,通过全程的中医药学监护,及时发现和解决了患儿治疗中的问题,可提高患儿用药依从性,减少药物浪费,提高药物治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the model of pharmaceutical care of TCM for children with pneumonia. METHODS： By analyzing the therapeutic plan and pharmaceutical care of TCM for a case of pediatrics pneumonia, the main content of pharmaceuti- cal care of TCM was introduced to provide the suggestions for the pharmaceutical care model. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS ： It is essential to provide clinical pharmaceutical care of TCM for children with pneumonia; through whole TCM pharmaceutical care, the problems of treatment can be found out and resolved timely to improve compliance, reduce drug waste and promote therapeutic efficacy.
