基于某院处方对妊娠期中药临床应用的分析

Analysis of Clinical Use of TCM during Gestation Period Based on a Hospital

目的:了解妊娠期妇女的常发疾病及其临床应用中药的情况。方法:收集某院2012年妇产科医师针对妊娠疾病所开中药处方,结合相关文献,用Microsoft Office Excel 2003统计软件对疾病与孕期的关系、常见疾病类别、常用药物进行统计分析。结果:早、中、晚期孕妇疾病发生频率呈上升趋势;阴道炎、上呼吸道感染、贫血为孕妇常发疾病;临床上使用中成药的比例明显高于煎剂处方,常用药物有益血生胶囊、青香妇科洗剂和除湿止痒洗剂等。结论:医师所开处方相对安全、有效,但仍存在不足之处。建议在保证安全的情况下多应用煎剂治疗,以扩大用药范围,并增加相关的药学服务。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate common disease of pregnant women and clinical use of TCM. METHODS： TCM pre- scriptions for disease of pregnancy were collected from a hospital in 2012, and analyzed statistically in respects of relationship of disease and pregnancy, common disease types and common drugs on the basis of literature analysis. RESULTS： The frequency of disease of pregnancy was increasing during early, medium and late trimesters; pregnant woman often suffered from coleitis, upper respiratory tract infection and anemia; the proportion of Chinese patent medicine in the clinic was significantly higher than in decoc- tion prescription; common drugs were Yixuesheng capsule, Qingxiang gynecological lotion and Dehumidification antipruritics lo- tion. CONCLUSIONS： The prescriptions prescribed by physicians were safe and effective relatively; but there are some deficien- cies. It is suggested to use decoction mostly under the safety guarantee so as to expand drug use and increase related pharmaceutical care.
