妇血康颗粒的促排卵作用 被引量:5

Study on the Promoting Ovulation Effect of Fuxuekang Granules

摘要 目的:研究妇血康颗粒促排卵作用。方法:40只未成年雌性Wistar大鼠随机均分为正常对照(等容生理盐水)组、己烯雌酚(1 mg/kg)组与妇血康高、低剂量(0.4、0.1 g/kg)组,灌胃给药,每天1次,连续14 d。末次给药1 h后,检测大鼠血清黄体生成素(LH)、孕激素(P)、雌二醇(E2)和促卵泡激素(FSH)的分泌量;计算大鼠卵泡数;对大鼠子宫、卵巢组织进行病理切片观察。结果:与正常对照组比较,妇血康高、低剂量组大鼠血清LH活性增强,P含量减少,卵泡成熟总数增加,大鼠卵巢组织状态明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且大鼠子宫变化不大;妇血康高剂量组大鼠血清E2含量减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);妇血康低剂量组大鼠血清FSH含量减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇血康颗粒可调节大鼠下丘脑-垂体-卵巢(HPO)轴的功能,促进卵泡发育成熟和排卵。 OBJECTIVE: To study the promoting ovulation effect of Fuxuekang granules. METHODS:40 underage female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (constant volume of normal saline), diethylstilbestrol groups (1 mg/kg), and Fuxuekang low-dose and high-doe groups (0.1,0.4 g/kg). The rats were given relevant medicines intragastrically once a day for con- secutive 14 days. 1 h after last administration, the contents of LH, progesterone (P), estradiol (E2) and follicle stimulating hor- mone (FSH) in serum of rats were measured. The counting of mature follicle was calculated. The pathological section of uterus and ovary tissue were observed by light microscope. RESULTS: Compared with normal control group, the activities of LH, the count- ing of mature follicle in serum of rats increased in Fuxuekang low-dose and high-doe groups, while the content of P reduced; ovary tissue of rats were improved significantly; there were statistical significance(P〈0.05). No obvious change was found in uterus. The content of E2 reduced in Fuxuekang high-dose group; there was statistical significance(P〈0.05). The content of FSH reduced in Fuxuekang low-dose group; there was statistical significance (P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Fuxuekang granules could modulate hy- pothalamic-pituitary-gonadotrophic(HPO) function, and it can promote the follicular development and maturity, and then promote ovulation.
