民族地区扶贫绩效分析——以四川省为例

An Analysis of the Achievements of the Poverty Region Support Policy in the Nationalities Areas

根据“八七”扶贫攻坚计划的时间表 ,扶贫攻坚已进入最后冲刺阶段。本文采用实证分析方法 ,以四川省为例 ,从经济 -社会总产出、结构变迁、贫困动态和资金效率四个方面 ,对民族地区的扶贫绩效进行了系统考察。考察表明 ,扶贫攻坚使民族地区的绝对贫困状况有了实质性缓解 ,但比较发展差距有扩大趋势。据此 。

The plan of anti poverty of our country is in a crucial moment at present. By methods of positive analysis and selected Sichuan as sample,we analyse the anti poverty performance of the minority areas systematically from socic economic output,economic structure,poverty status and capital efficiency in this articale.Analysis shows that the state of absolute poverty in minority areas has been outstandingly alleviated,on the other hand,the state of relative poverty is becoming more grave for the minority areas. on the basis of such analysis,this artical offers two proposals for poverty alleviation rapidly.
