This is an analysis of the status quo of the coming into being of capitals in the mationalities regions in west china in terms of capital accumulation,capital leasing,use of foreign finance,etc.,focusing on the various elements that restrain the capital development in west China,Proposing that a break through can be made by developing the Capital market,improving the investment environments,establishing a sound financial system,etc.
