摘要
大学生英语写作能力差是长期采用传统教学法和对四、六级考试的认识偏差造成的。提高大学生英语写作能力是为了贯彻教学大纲要求、满足个人和社会需要 ,与四、六级考试并不矛盾。在不可能增加现有学时的情况下 ,提高大学生英语写作能力的方法是压缩精读课堂讲解 ,合理利用学生已有知识 ,周密安排教学 ,并根据成人学习外语的特点 。
Non English majors/low ability to write English caused by the long term adoption of traditional methodology as well as the misunderstanding of CET 4 and CET 6.It is the requirements for the implementation of the Teaching Syllabus and the individual and social needs to improve students' ability to write.Furthermore,the training of writing does not contradict CET 4 and CET 6.Now that it is impossible to add class time,an expedient solution to the improvement of students ability to write is to impart basic English writing skills by compressing the classroom interpertation of Intensive Reading,utilizing their foundation,well knitting classroom,teaching and depending upon adults learning traits.
