摘要
目的通过研究不同减压间隔时间对大鼠早期压疮的影响,为临床压疮预防提供实验依据。方法将6周龄雄性SD大鼠25只,随机分为5组,即正常组、模型组、2 h组、3 h组、4 h组、每组5只。采用埋置铁片外加磁铁施压的方法制作大鼠早期压疮模型,对各组施以不同处理,持续1 d后处死各组大鼠。大鼠皮肤肌肉组织行组织学评分,酶联免疫检测血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、内皮素-1(ET-1)表达。结果 2 h组、3 h组间组织学评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4 h组组织学损伤高于2 h、3 h组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-1、ET-1在各减压组均显著下降,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延长至3 h间隔减压同样可以减轻早期压疮损伤的进展,临床中预防压疮护理翻身减压时间可适度延长。
Objective To provide the experimental evidences for the prevention of clinical pressure sores via the study of the impacts of the different decomposition time intervals on the early pressure sores in the rats. Methods Twenty - five SD rats aged 6 weeks old were randomized into five groups, a normal group, a model group, a 2 h group, a 3 h group and a 4 h group,5 rats in each one. The embedded metal plate and magnet pressure were used to prepare the model of early pressure sores in the rats. The different manage- ments were applied individually in each group. The rats in each group were sacrificed 1 day later. The histo- logical score was given for skin muscle tissue of the rats. ELISA assay was adopted to detect the expressions of interleukin - 1 ( IL - 1 ) and endotelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ). Results The histological score was not different sig- nificantly between the 2 h group and the 3 h group(P 〉 0.05 ). The decomposition histological damage in the 4 h group was higher than that in the 2 h and 3 h groups, indicating significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). The ex- pressions of IL - 1 and ET - 1 were all reduced significantly in each decomposition group, presenting the sig- nificant difference as compared with the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The decomposition applied longer as at 3 h interval can similarly alleviate the progression of early pressure sores damage. The decomposi- tion time interval can be longer appropriately to prevent from the pressure sores in clinical nursing.
