浅析我国发展生态水泥的保障措施

On the ensuring measures for developing ecological cement in China

当前,国际上诸多水泥企业已逐步从传统资源消耗型产业向着生态环境友好型产业转变,我国也开始了这方面的尝试。以消耗大量的自然资源(石灰石、煤炭)为代价发展水泥的传统发展模式已经不能符合现代社会环保理念的要求,必须代之以资源节约、环境污染低、质量效益高、科技先导型的可持续发展的生态环境建材工业模式。但我国水泥工业有意识、有目的地发展生态水泥还需要相应的规范的法规和技术标准指导,还需要政府、企业、科研单位和公众的共同努力。

At present,a lot of cement companies overseas have been transforming their productive manner gradually from traditional resource-consuming type to ecological environmental-friendly type,and China has also started to follow this trends.Traditional developing model based on consuming a great deal of natural resources like limestone and coal has not been met the modern society ideology of environmental protection requirement,and it must be replaced by the sustainable and ecological developing model,which will be characterized resource-saving,low environment pollution,high quality and rich profit,science & technology guided industry.Still in China,the development of ecological cement request the guidance of normative regulations and technical standards,and also the common endeavor by the government,cement companies,research institutes,and the public.
