浅谈分解炉分级燃烧改造的设计与调试 被引量:2

摘要 分级燃烧技术是一项无需运行成本的脱硝技术,通过设计上的周全考虑、操作上的精心配合,能够在不影响产量、质量的情况下,稳定地保持脱硝效率,对降低氮氧化物排放总量非常有效,是水泥行业降低氮氧化物的首选技术。实践证明,分级燃烧技术总体脱硝效率在25%-45%之间,平均效率31%左右。改造后生产运行稳定,部分技术经济指标还有所改进。 Graded burning technology is a kind of de-nitration approach without additional operation cost,which is the optimal choice for reducing NOX emission in cement industry.By means of optimized design and meticulous operation,required de-nitration efficiency can be steadily achieved,which is very efficient to reduce total NOX emission without obvious impact on output capacity and quality.Operation practice shows that the total de-nitration efficiency of graded burning technology ranges between 25~41%with averaged value of31%.After reformation,the system is in stable operation and some of the economical-technical targets are even improved than before.
