Controlling Power of State-Owned Economy

在我国现阶段 ,国有经济的主导作用主要体现在控制力上 ,这是对国有经济主导作用认识上的一个新飞跃。国有经济的控制力 ,是在多种所有制经济并存的条件下 ,通过市场经济活动和竞争来实现的。国有经济控制力具有明确的规定和体现。要在实践中不断地推进和深化国有经济的改革 ,逐步地建立起以质量为主的国有经济控制体系 ,通过国有经济素质的提高 。

At present stage, the dominant function of state-owned economy consists in its controlling power which is realized through the regulation of market and competition in a multi-ownership economy. The controlling power of the state-owned economy has definitive norm and practice. In order to upgrade the quality of and give full play to the controlling power, efforts must be made to deepen the reform of state-owned economy.
