港里铁矿水下开采流固耦合数值模拟与风险分析 被引量:7

摘要 港里铁矿1号矿体上部有港里河流经,矿体开发可能引发塌陷、突水等安全问题。为了评估水下开采的安全性,对矿山水文地质条件、导水通道、岩石性质及河床安全性进行了分析,并基于三维稳定渗流问题的基本控制方程,建立了矿体开采和支护方案的三维流固耦合模型,在应力、应变、渗流分析的基础上,评估了水下开采发生坍塌、突水灾害的风险,对于港里铁矿水下矿床的设计和安全开采具有指导意义。 The exploration of No. lOre-body in Gangli Iron Mine may result in collapse and water inrush hazards, because of the Gangli River passing by above the surface ground. In order to evaluate the safety of underwater exploration, the geological situation, water bursting passage, rock characteristic and the river bed security were analyzed, meanwhile 3 D fluid-solid coupling model of ore-body mining and support is established based on the basic control equation of 3D flow. Through analyzing the stress, strain and flow vector, the risks for collapse and water inrush during underwater mining are evaluated, which has a guiding significance for design and safe exploration of Gangli underwater iron deposit.
