刘塘坊铁矿副井提升机制动系统原理分析及压力整定

摘要 制动系统是提升机的重要模块之一,其性能的优劣直接决定了提升系统的正常停车、工作制动、安全制动等关键环节。油压盘式闸制动系统由盘形制动器与驱动液压站组成,是集机电液高度一体化的产品。从分析盘式闸制动装置机理入手,进而对刘塘坊铁矿副井采用的中高压液压站控制回路进行研究,重点阐述其分别在制动块松闸、工作制动、二级制动及恒减速制动时的不同工作方式下的制动原理,最后通过制动正压力为纽带建立制动力矩与回路油压力关系,总结出液压系统正常工作油压Pmax、二级制动时第一级制动油压P1级及延时时间t1级的整定方法,满足了安全规程对制动减速度的要求,避免了制动系统在实际使用过程中仅凭经验调定压力值带来的安全隐患。 The brake system is one of the important modules of hoist equipment, its performance quality directly determines such key links as the normal shutdown of the hoisting system, working brake, safety brake etc .. The hydraulic disc brake system consists of the disc brake device and drive hydraulic station, and it is the highly integrated products of machinery, electron and fluid. Based on the analysis of mechanism of disc brake device, the high-pressure hydraulic station control loops used in auxiliary shaft of Liutangfang Iron Mine is investigated, and the braking working principle of different working mode respectively in different working of brake block loose brake and working brake, secondary braking and constant deceleration braking are demonstrated. Then, the brake pressure is taken as a link to establish the relationship between the braking torque and the oil pressure loop. The hydraulic system setting method of normal operating pressure P 1s , secondary braking pressure of the first stage Pmax and the delay time t1s are summarized, which meet the requirements of the safety rules on braking deceleration, and avoid potential danger that arise from the brake system setting pressure value only determined by the experience in the process of actual use.
