As enzymes is found in food,the application of enzymes in daily life and condiments (such as soy sauce,vinegar,fermented bean curd)is briefly introduced,which has laid theoretic foundation for deep understanding and research of enzymes,and has provided theoretical references for better use of enzymes in people's daily life.
