刨煤机刨刀破煤过程计算机仿真模拟分析

摘要 为了得到详细的刨煤机在工作中的应力应变曲线,为刨煤机及刨刀优化提供相关参数,采用ANSYS中的LS-DYNA模块对整个刨煤机的刨煤过程进行计算机仿真模拟。得到了不同结构的刨刀在与煤体接触过程中的应力应变的时间历程曲线,通过对比不同刨刀的受力及破坏形式,提出了优化刨刀的设计方案。 In order to plough detailed in the work of the stress-strain curve, provide the relevant parameters for the plough and planning optimization, the whole plough ploughing process of LS-DYNA module in ANSYS by computer simulation. Different structures are in contact with coal in the process of the change of stress and strain time history curve was obtained, through capacity and failure form by comparison of different planes, puts forward the design scheme optimization planers.
