深部锚网巷道力学状态解算与现场监测研究

摘要 为了根据受力、变形参数对深部锚网巷道稳定性进行分析和预测,基于等效变换后深埋圆形断面巷道应力状态和位移力学分析模型,开发了适用于不同断面巷道受力状态和位移解算软件。以大屯煤电公司孔庄矿7432工作面轨道巷为研究对象,对其受力状态、位移进行了解算分析,并与现场在线监测结果进行对比分析,巷道支护体受力、变形与力学模型解算结果相差处于合理范围内,反映了力学模型的理想化假设与实际工程的差别。实践表明,通过等效变换后的深埋圆形巷道应力状态和位移力学模型,在分析、预测深部锚网巷道稳定性方面有效、可行,编制的力学模型解算软件准确、可靠。 In order to analyze and forecast the stability of deep anchor net roadway according to the stress and deformation parameters, the mechanical analysis model of stress state and deformation was developed based on the deep circle section roadway after equivalent transformation. Taking 7432 working face of Datun Coal and Electricity Company KongZhuang Mine as a study object, the stress and deformation were analyzed and soluted, and the results have compared and analyzed to the field monitoring, the differences of stress and deformation were in the reasonable range and reflected the distinction between ideal hypothesis of mechanical model to the practical engineering. It concludes that equivalent transforrnated mechanical model is effective and feasible for being used to analyze and forecast deep anchor net roadway's stability, and the solution software of mechanics is accurate and reliable.
