摘要
计算机模拟技术在煤矿企业井下生产决策中发挥着重要作用。文章以井下破碎硐室粉尘运动规律为研究对象,借鉴欧拉-拉格朗日法中的气固离线模型,研究了各种条件下破碎硐室内的粉尘体积分数分布,通过计算机模拟程序验证了理论计算的有效性。该研究为煤矿井下通风方案决策、粉尘控制工艺提供了可靠的参考依据。
Computer simulation technology plays an important role in coal mine underground production decision. Taking the underground crusher dust movement rule of chamber as the research object, from the Euler-Lagrange method in the gas-solid off-line model in various conditions, the dust concentration distribution in the crushing chamber was studied, the validity of theoretical calculation is verified by computer simulation. The study provides a reliable reference for the ventilation scheme, dust control technology of coal mines.
