Strengthening the Education of College Students' Ideological-Politcal Quality

高等学校担负着培养社会主义现代化建设人才的重任。加强大学生思想政治素质的培养,是科教兴国战略和建设社会主义现代化国家的需要。因此,应重视大学生的理想信念教育,爱国主义、集体主义和社会主义思想教育,纪律法规教育,道德养成教育,并注意工作方法的灵活和创新,以培养合格的现代化建设人才。

This is to deal with ideological and political education of college students at the institutions of higher learn-ing. Colleges and universities undertake the responsibility of training qualified personnel for construction of socialist modern-ization. Construction of strong socialist modernization and revitalizing country through science and education demandsstrengthening the ideological and political education of college students. It is necessary to stress students' education of ideo-logical belief,of patriotism,of collectivism,of socialist ideas,of law and regulations,of morality. Further,attention should bepaid to flexibility and innovations of working methods in order to train the qualified talents for socialist construction.
