开口塑料桶高温堆码强度有限元分析及安全评价 被引量:2

摘要 为评价开口塑料桶盛装液体危险品的安全性,利用Solidworks Simulation有限元分析软件对两种典型开口塑料桶进行了高温堆码强度模拟分析,计算了塑料桶在高温堆码条件下的应力场和位移场,得到了堆码载荷作用下应力状态和变形分布。模拟分析结果表明,提梁开口塑料桶堆高为2.625 m时,其承受的最大Mises应力超过了材料的屈服极限,因而其堆码高度不能达到3 m的要求;无提梁开口塑料桶堆码高度可以达到3 m,其桶盖与桶底设计更合理。 In order to evaluate the safety of opening plastic buckets containing dangerous liquid goods, the high temperature stacking strength for two kinds of typical opening plastic buckets, one with handle and another without handle, were carried out using Solidworks Simulation finite element analysis software. The stress fields and displacement field were calculated under high temperature stacking load.The stress state and the deformation distribution were obtained. Numerical simtllation results indicate that the maximum of Mises stress of the plastic bucket with handle exceeds the material' s yield strength when the stacking height is 2.625 m. Thus, the stacking height of plastic bucket with handle cannot meet the requirement of 3 m. In addition, the stacking height of opening plastic bucket without handle can reach 3 m, which show that the design of its cover and bottom are reasonable.
