摘要
详细地阐述了MP3后盖注塑模具的整个设计过程。在具体的设计过程中,使用了MPA进行塑性流动分析,优化了塑料模的浇口设计、浇注系统的布局,使得设计参数和整体结构达到了最优的设计。根据塑料件结构特性及质量要求,浇注系统采用点浇口进料,浇口附近变形小,容易平衡浇注系统。为了保证塑料件的质量及便于脱模,设计时采用斜顶装置。此外,在设计的过程中,使用了PRO/E的外挂模块EMX,提高了工作效率。
The whole design process of MP3 back cover injection mold was described. In specific design process, MPA was used for plastic flow analysis, the gate design and gating system layout were optimized, the design parameters and overall structure reached the optimal design. According to the structure characteristics and quality requirements of the plastic parts, point gate feeding was used in the design of gating system, deformation near gate was small, easy to balance the gating system. In order to ensure the quality of plastic parts and easy to stripping, lifter device was used during design. In addition, in the design process, EMX module of PRO / E was used to improve work efficiency.
