摘要
从棉短绒中提取的纤维素纳米晶(CNs)对聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)进行改性,研究了CNs对PBS/CNs复合材料发泡性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,CNs在PBS材料发泡过程中具有成核剂的作用,当CNs的质量分数为5%时,PBS/CNs复合发泡材料泡孔密度增加至9.6×105个/cm3,泡孔直径降低为131μm。PBS/CNs复合发泡材料弯曲强度由5.8 MPa升至6.4 MPa,弯曲弹性模量由221 MPa上升至306 MPa。
Polybutylene succinate(PBS) foam material was modified by cellulose nanocrystal(CNs) extracted from cotton linters, the impact of CNs on its foamabilities and mechanical properties was investigated. The results show that CNs play an important role as nucleating agents, when mass fraction of CNs is 5%, it can reduce its average pore diameter and increase the cell density to 131 μ m and 9.6 × 105 cell/cm3, respectively. When the content of CNs is 5%, the blending strength and blending modulus of PBS/CNs foam material increase from 5.8 MPa to 6.4 MPa and 221 MPa to 306 MPa.
