切开关节囊复位与关节囊外间接复位对肱骨近端骨折术后肩关节功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 比较肱骨近端骨折行锁定钢板内固定手术切开肩关节囊与关节囊外间接复位对患者术后肩关节功能的影响.方法对56 例肱骨近端骨折患者(骨折按Neer四部分骨折分类),术中切开肩关节囊复位(不包括术中发现关节囊已破损)26 例(二部分骨折14例,三部分骨折10例、四部分骨折2例),关节囊外间接复位30例(二部分骨折15例,三部分骨折12例,四部分骨折3例),均于术后2天开始肩关节功能锻炼,康复计划持续9个月~1年.结果 56例均获随访,时间12~24个月,平均14个月,骨折均骨性愈合.根据Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分系统,肩关节功能评分平均84.5分,总体优良率80.35%.结论 对于肱骨近端骨折行切开复位锁定钢板内固定术,术中采用关节囊外间接复位的患者术后肩关节功能更佳.
