摘要
以碎玻璃为主要原料制备泡沫玻璃,探讨粉煤灰掺量对制品导热系数和结晶状况的影响。通过改变原料中Na2CO3的添加量,研究SiO2/Na2O(摩尔比)对制品强度、密度的影响。实验表明:在设计的组成中,当粉煤灰掺量为0%、10%时,制品的强度、密度随着SiO2/Na2O(摩尔比)的增加存在谷值;而当粉煤灰掺杂量为30%,制品强度、密度随着SiO2/Na2O(摩尔比)的增加出现峰值。
The crushed glass and fly ash were adopted as main raw materials for the preparation of foam glass in this experiment. The effect of fly ash content on products' thermal conductivity and crystallization was investigated. The relation between SiO2/Na2O and properties including compression strength and density were analyzed by changing dosage of Na2CO3.Under the condition of both 0% and 10% fly ash, there was a valley value with the increase of SiO2/Na20. However, there was a peak value due to the increase of SiO2/Na20 when the fly ash content equaled to 30%.
