非均匀沉淀法制备齿科着色四方多晶氧化锆陶瓷 被引量:2

Fabrication of Colored Dental Yttria-Stabilized Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal via Heterogeneous Precipitation Method

摘要 证明了采用非均匀沉淀法可用于制备齿科着色的四方多晶氧化锆陶瓷。以3 mol%氧化钇稳定四方多晶氧化锆(3Y-TZP)为原料,Fe(NO3)3为着色剂,PEG 2000(聚乙二醇2000)为分散剂,采用非均匀沉淀的方法,通过添加不同质量分数的Fe2O3,制备5种颜色梯度的氧化锆块。通过电脑比色仪测量其色度值,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察陶瓷烧结体断裂面的显微结构,X衍射(XRD)分析其物相组成。结果表明,非均匀沉淀法可用于齿科氧化锆陶瓷的染色,色度值显示Fe2O3能明显提高b*值,对L*和a*值影响较小。SEM显示断裂面呈致密的多晶结构,断裂模式主要为穿晶断裂。XRD结果显示添加Fe2O3后仅有氧化锆(ZrO2)的相出现,未发现其他相;ZrO2为四方相。 This study was to produce and characterize tooth-like dental zirconia blocks by using heterogeneous precipitation method.3Y-TZP (3 mol% yttria-stabilized tetragonal polycrystals zirconia) was used as starting materials, Fe(NO3)3 as coloring agent and PEG 2000 as dispersant. Five different colors of zirconia with different amounts of Fe203 were prepared by using heterogeneous precipitation method. The computer colorimeter, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, were used to characterize the chroma value, the microstructure and phase composition. The results showed that heterogeneous precipitation method can be used in the dyeing of dental zirconia ceramics. Adding Fe203 could increase the b* value of sintered body significantly, but had little influence on the L* and a* value. SEM observation on the cross section of the colored 3Y-TZP showed a relatively dense polycrystal structure, and the fracture models was mainly transgranular fracture. The XRD spectra showed that there were no other crystal structure other than zirconia was found after adding Fe2O3; only tetragonal phase (t-ZrO2)was detected.
