摘要
基于现有的动态重构技术及网络重构技术,介绍了动态重构的概念,分析了动态重构技术在智能变电站二次系统资源管理和二次设备在线自愈等方面的可用性及优越性。将智能变电站动态重构分为设备重构和系统重构,提出了一种基于重构模式的二次设备设计方式,并对其可行性进行了探讨。分析了智能变电站系统重构的需求,并对系统重构的重构内容、重构方式以及重构判据进行了分析探讨。最后,分析了智能变电站动态重构实现的关键点和难点,并指出了需要继续深入研究的问题。
Based on the present dynamic reconfiguration technology and computer network reconstruction technology,the concept of dynamic reconfiguration is described,and the usability and advantages of dynamic reconfiguration technology in the secondary system of the intelligent substation are analyzed.A device design method for equipment reconstruction in the secondary system is proposed by dividing the dynamic reconfiguration of the intelligent substation into equipment reconstruction and system reconfiguration,and the feasibility is discussed.The demand for system reconfiguration is analyzed,and the content,mode and criterion of the system reconfiguration are discussed.Finally,the key points of the method and the difficulties in dynamic reconfiguration are analyzed,and the problems to be studied in future are pointed out.
