亚低温治疗与脑保护

Hypothermia therapy and the neuroprotection of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

围生期缺氧缺血性脑损伤仍然威胁新生儿的健康质量,在综合治疗的基础上对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿实施亚低温治疗,在临床上已证明对神经系统有很好的保护作用,其神经系统保护作用的效果在出生18个月甚至到儿童期仍然明显.现就亚低温的脑保护机制、亚低温过程中如何发挥其脑保护的最佳效果以及亚低温治疗新的策略进行阐述.

Perinatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage is still threatening the quality of the survivors.Immediate hypothermia on the basis of early multimodality therapy is a good therapy for newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy（HIE）.The neuroprotective effects of hypothermia therapy are noted at 18 months of age persist to childhood.This paper will discuss the neuroprotective mechanism of hypothermia for neonate HIE,the clinical application of cooling and the novel strategies of hypothermia plus adjuvant therapies.
