摘要
在分析了国际战略联盟的内涵、特征 ,以及国外跨国公司构建战略联盟的趋势和动因的基础上 ,探讨了我国企业建立国际战略联盟的重大意义 ,提出通过与国外企业建立战略联盟 ,实现优势互补 ,创造双赢格局的战略选择 。
Based on the analysis of International Strategic Alliance(ISA)'s implication, features, tendency and motive force, this article discusses the important benefits of constructing Chinese enterprises′ ISA, then puts forward the strategy of creating a win-win pattern of competition by constructing ISA with foreign enterprises, and gives some advice on how to construct Chinese enterprises' ISA in the present situation.
