儿童神经精神性狼疮1例
摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种儿童时期常见的自身免疫性疾病，诸多自身抗体导致不同靶器官的损害是该病的特征。神经精神症状是SLE患者较为严重的并发症。神经精神性狼疮（NPSLE）的发生率在儿童中高达22％～95％，在病理上经常出现脑梗死、出血及颅内感染，以NPSLE并缺血性脑血管病较为罕见。现将2012年5月天津市儿童医院风湿免疫科收治的1例NPSLE患儿的临床资料报告如下。
