摘要
研制了一种圆锥滚子表面缺陷在线检测系统。该系统由机械装置和控制系统等组成,机械装置自动完成被测工件的上料、定位、检测、剔除及下料;控制系统由PLC完成工作过程控制,由图像处理器完成缺陷检测的图像处理与判定结果输出。实验结果表明,系统可检测最小直径0.1m(与相机分辨率有关)的表面缺陷,速度为2s/个。该系统检测精度高、测量数度较快,实现了无人在线检测,满足滚子表面缺陷的检测要求。
An online automatic inspection sys-tem for surface defects of tapered roller is presen-ted,which consists of mechanism and control sys-tem.According to the Inspection principle,the mechanism can automatically implement inspection procedure including up and down the roller,posi-tioning,detection,striking out.Movement proce-dure control is accomplished by a PLC,and the im-age processor accomplishes the defect inspection and result output.Experimental results show that the system is able to inspect defects at a level of 0. 1 mm,with a frequency of 2 s/set.The developed system ,with higher accuracy and speediness and also without operator,can satisfy the requirement of the defect automatic inspection in the automatic assembly line for the rapered roller bearing.
