电驱动钻机大井距丛式井平移装置的研制 被引量:5

摘要 为了满足电驱动钻机大井距丛式井各系统整体平移要求,研制开发了相应的快速平移装置。该平移装置在机械钻机平移装置的基础上进行了改进,钻机主机通过π型梁可直接移过井口采油树;电传动平移装置采用新型整体式折叠管线槽,能有效避免控制信号受到干扰;低压钻井液循环通过动力橇转运,实现井口返出钻井液正常净化流程。该平移装置满足多井位、大井间距丛式井作业需求,可实现电驱动钻机与丛式井优势结合,且建井周期短,劳动强度低,搬迁费用少,适用于具备大井距丛式井油区开发。 To satisfy the requirement of the overall translation of the electrical drive drilling rig for wide spac- ing cluster wells, the corresponding fast translation device was studied and developed. The device was improved on the basis of the translation device of mechanical drilling rig. The main machine of the rig can be directly translated over the wellhead christmas tree via w-shaped beam. The electrically driven translation device adopts the new inte- gral foldable pipeline slot. It can effectively avoid the interference of control signal. The low pressure drilling fluid is circulated by means of the power pack, achieving the normal purification procedure of wellhead return drilling flu- id. The translation device meets the needs of operation in muhi-well site and wide spacing cluster wells, and the ad- vantages of electrical drive drilling rig have been exerted in cluster wells. The cycle of well construction is short ; the labor intensity is low; the cost for rig moving is not much. It is suitable for developing oil regions with wide spacing cluster wells.
