摘要
游梁式抽油机通过合理平衡能够降低能耗,减轻系统冲击,延长电动机、减速器及皮带轮等设备的使用寿命。在简述游梁式抽油机平衡机理的基础上,对现有抽油机平衡标准中存在的不足进行了讨论,提出将均方根扭矩最小平衡准则作为抽油机平衡判别方法,考虑到扭矩测试难以实现,可以用电机功率推算扭矩进行平衡判定。在游梁式抽油机合理平衡方法的基础上,建议研发专用的平衡测试装置,这样不仅利于油井的生产管理,也利于技术的规模化应用,对于油田高效、绿色发展具有现实意义。
Beam pumping unit can reduce its energy consumption, decrease system impact and lengthen the service life of electric motor, gear reducer and pulley through reasonable balance. On the basis of introducing the balancing mechanism of the unit, the weakness in the balance standard of pumping unit available was discussed. It is fornmlated that the root mean square (RMS) torque minimum balance criterion is used as the balance discrimina- tion method for the unit. Considering that torque test is difficuh to achieve, the motor power can be used to calculate torque and conduct balance judgment. On the basis of the reasonable balance method for beam pumping unit, it is suggested that the special balance test device should be studied and developed. This is not only faw^rable to produc- tion management but also to the large-scale application of technology.
