摘要
目前我国分层注水工艺存在工作原理及结构复杂、分层注水管柱工艺繁琐等问题。为此,提出了一种新型井下螺杆驱动型分层注水系统。该注水系统采用螺杆马达驱动螺杆泵,动力液利用分流器分流,分别进入马达与泵,运转时马达降压,泵增压,分别注入不同油层。对螺杆泵与马达匹配的原理及方案进行了研究,得到了整个系统匹配的详细计算过程,同时设计了匹配实例,得到了1∶2头螺杆泵与2∶3头螺杆马达的合理匹配参数。实例中,随着泵压由0.70 MPa增大到4.20 MPa,马达压降由0.89 MPa增大到5.36 MPa,机组的总长度由2.057 m增加至9.092 m。
There are some problems in domestic layered water injection technology, such complex operating principle and structure, and tedious layered water injection string technology. Therefore, a new type of downhule screw-driven layered water injection system was formulated. The system adopts screw motor to drive screw pump. The power fluid uses shunt to conduct diverting, entering motor and pump respectively. In running the motor pressure decreases and the pump pressure increases. The fluid is injected into different oil layers respectively. Re- search on the principle and scheme of matching motor and pump was conducted, obtaining the detailed calculation process of the overall system matching. Meanwhile, the matching example was designed, obtaining the reasonable matching parameter for 1 : 2 thread screw pump and 2:3 thread screw pump. In the example, when pump pressure increases from 0. 70 MPa to 4.20 MPa, and the motor pressure decreases from 0. 89 MPa to 5.36 MPa, the overall unit length increases from 2. 057 m to 9. 092 m.
