地震波动下悬空管道的动力响应分析 被引量:2

摘要 在分析管道振动原因和控制指标的基础上,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对悬空管道进行了模态分析,并以模态分析为基础,采取谱分析方法对悬空管道进行了动力响应分析。以兰成渝兰州段某段悬空管道为对象,分析了7级和8级罕见地震作用下管道的最大应力和位移。分析结果表明,8级地震作用下管道的最大应力和位移为7级地震的2.2倍,不同烈度下管道的横向位移和应力响应要远远大于轴向位移和应力响应;对于大多数悬空管道,地震造成的影响较小,在工程安全判定中地震的影响作验证即可。最后就管道的不同部位,提出了几点防震措施。 Oil the basis of analyzing the pipeline vibration reason and control index, the ABAQUS finite ele- menl software was adopted to conduct a modal analysis of the pipeline. Then, on the basis of modal analysis, the spectral analysis method was used to conduct a dynamic response analysis of tile pipeline. A certain suspended pipe- lille in Lanzllou section of Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Line was chosen as the object of study. The maximum stress and displacement were analyzed under the effect of M7 and M8 rare earthquakes. The analysis shows that tile maxi- mum stress and displacement of the pipeline under M8 earthquake are 2.2 times that of M7 earthquake. The lateral displacement and stress response of the pipeline are far greater than its axial displacement amt stress response under different seismic intensities. As for most suspended pipelines, the seismic effect is slight. The verification of seismic effect is sufficient in judgment of engineering safety. Finally, several earthquake-proof measures were put forward with respect to the different positions of the pipeline.
