The paper analyses Zhenjiang's highway web, points out its problems, and forecasts the national economy and the traffic flow in the layout year of Zhenjiang city. By using the method of capability restriction-multi path distribution, the paper brings out the objective of Zhenjiang's highway web layout in the coming 20 years.
