摘要
提出了决定创新能力的三个基本要素 :创新欲望、科学素质和想象能力 ,并叙述了三要素的基本含义。从这三个基本要素出发 ,讨论了如何培养大学生创新能力的问题 ,指出大学生创新能力的培养贯穿于大学教育的全过程 ,具体体现在学生管理过程中、教学过程中及学生第二课堂活动中。在强调培养创新能力的同时 ,应避免对传统教育全盘否定的片面性 。
This paper puts forward three basic foctors which decide the innovative capability: desire to innovate, scientific quality and imaginative ability and gives the fundamental definitions of them. Based on these factors, the problem of how to cultivate college students′ innovative capability has been discussed. It is pointed out that the cultivation of innovative capability is throughout the whole education procedure, which is mainly reflected in the management of students′ affairs, teaching and the extracurricular activities. While the cultivation of innovative capability is emphasized, the overall negation of the traditional education and the one sidedness in the cultivation of innovative capability should be avoided.
