当前经济结构调整 ,给社会就业造成了很大的压力。另外 ,高校招生人数的逐年增加 ,使大学生就业成了不可避免的社会问题。本文从分析当前大学生就业的特点入手 ,剖析了就业中存在的问题 ,阐述了大学生创业意识教育的重要意义 。

Nowadays, with the adjustment of economic structure, employment is under great pressure. In addition, because the enrollment of higher education is on the rise year by year, the employment of graduates is becoming an inevitable social problem. By analysiing the problems in graduates′ employment, the paper expounds the significance of developing students′ pioneering consciousness, thereby putting forward some advice about how to develop students′ pioneering consciousness.
