绿豆苗期对聚乙二醇模拟旱胁迫的生理响应 被引量:5

Physiological Responses of Polyethylene Glycol-induced Water Stress on Mungbean Seedlings

摘要 本试验以4个抗旱性不同的绿豆品种为材料,利用聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)5%、10%和20%的不同浓度模拟不同程度的旱胁迫,测定分析7个生理指标的响应,筛选适宜绿豆苗期抗旱鉴定的生理指标。结果表明:10%PEG处理第6天的超氧阴离子(O2-·)产生速率,5%PEG处理第6天的相对电导率,10%PEG处理第3天的过氧化物酶(POD)活性,5%PEG处理第9天的脱落酸(ABA)含量可作为绿豆苗期抗旱鉴定的生理指标。 At the preliminary stage, four kinds of mungbean varieties with different drought-resistance were chosen as materials for drought-resistant physiological indexes selection;This experiment use polyethylene glycol 6000 stress, with different treatment concentrations to measure the mung bean leaf, and to analyze the influence of different degrees of drought on the drought resistance ph determine the indexes of drought-resistance identification on seedling stage ;The resul ysiological indexes, and finaly ts showed that superoxide ani- on producing rate of the sixth day under 10% PEG treatment, relative electric conductivity of 5% PEG treatment on the sixth day, 10% PEG treatment 3 days of peroxidase (POD) activity,5% PEG treatment 9 days of abscisic acid (ABA) levels can be used as physiological indexes of seedling drought resistance identification.
